Purchasing Information

We do  not do open-ended layaways. If we have an “in stock” harp that suits your needs, a 50% deposit is required to hold the harp. The time-frame for getting the harp finished for you (levered to your specifications, etc.) is dependent upon our schedule at the time of order. The remainder of the balance will be due a few weeks before the harp ships.

For new builds (single-course harps), a 25% deposit is required. For new cross and double-strung harps, a 50% deposit is required. Balances will be requested several weeks before shipping, and must be paid at the time of the request so as not to hold up your harp.

A harp deposit is considered to be a binding contract agreement to purchase, and is not refundable. Any interim payments you might make are also not refundable. Please think carefully, ask as many questions as you like, and be sure about the harp you choose before you make the order official.

Please note, a $30.00 insurance charge will be added to your final cost. This is not optional.
