We put a lot of time and effort into answering all of your questions so that you will be able to make a decision as to which of our harp models is right for you. We will never try to talk you into a purchase. A musical instrument is a very personal choice, and you must decide which model best fits your needs. We ship your harp in perfect condition, and it is not returnable except in the rare instance of shipping damage. In the event of shipping damage, your harp will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, but not refunded.
Shipping damage must be reported to us and to UPS immediately upon receipt of your harp. You must keep all packaging in case UPS needs to inspect it. If shipping amage is not reported to us immediately, we can not be responsible for it.
